MHFA “Training of Trainers” (TOT) Request Form

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Due to current capacity of the program, TOT will be prioritized for instructors who will work in or in partnership with the Mental Health First Aid Oklahoma Program. Space is extremely limited, and completion of the interest form is does not guarantee you will be accepted into training.
