This form is intended to be used by classes, departments, and student organizations at the University of Central Oklahoma to request Adult Mental Health First Aid and QPR trainings on the UCO Campus. There must be a minimum of 10 trainees to book a private training.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)- This evidence-based, early-intervention course teaches you how to assist and support others who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge. Mental Health First Aiders are a vital link, connecting those experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge with appropriate support. For more info, please visit this link.

QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer)- QPR gatekeeper training is an emergency mental health intervention. QPR teaches how to recognize warning signs for suicide, then guides participants in how to ask appropriate questions, persuade to seek help, and refer to professional resources.
